Added neighborhood patrols?!?
Someone posted a comment to my blog item about leaving the News & Record for Southwest High School. In it, he or she makes reference to added neighborhood patrols on the day school starts.
I'm not sure if that's a joke or if it's true. And I'm not sure if he or she is talking about extra patrols in north High Point or elsewhere. I know I haven't heard anything about them in my neighborhood.
If anyone knows anything about these extra patrols--including if there are plans for them--please contact me. I find it hard to believe anyone really thinks we need to beef us security in north High Point, but if there are concerns, we'd like to know.

Give this Blog a proper burial please.
There is NOTHING happening in North High Point/Jamestown that is worthy of blogging.
Until this fiasco of a school system quits--if ever--jerking around the citizens, families, and students of this area, there is nothing else more concerning to talk about.
