Don't worry, Mr. Robinson, I'd never agree with President Bush exercising any of the power granted him by Congress if it makes the liberals mad. Who does he think he is, anyway? Does he think he's in charge or something? He should know his job is to run our country in a manner dictated to him by the Dems/libs.

Gee John, nice of you to think of me even without a provocative word from my mighty pen.
Too late though. you must have forgotten that I wrote a LTE (3/17)which urged the Prez to pardon Libby for a variety of sound and valid reasons. I also suggested that the curious case of Sandy Berger , you received probation and a misdemeanor, was a helluva lot more serious than Libby's perjury trap conviction

Well John, #4 was the obvious thing to say when righting the wrong.
The Libby commutation was clearly the right thing to do, and clearly within the unrestricted right of the President to do so.

Well if you think that the prez has unrestricted rights to stop the judicial process when it involves his own cabinet, it is nearly the same as saying that the prez is above the law. I will posting a new article on this topic on my greensboro blog and should be finished with it later tonight.
