I think my children have more in their piggy banks than I have in my 401k now...

I used to have a 401(k) the size of VY Canis Majoris. Now I'm standing on the corner of Market and Greene.

Economy Got You Down? Yes, you too can learn how to dump junk real estate onto city gvt.'s. Just send for our free booklet. You'll learn techniques like leveraging banks, exerting political pressure via influencing the press covering the antics of the gov't entity you're trying to sell to, and many other useful techniques.

And if you act now, we'll also send you the complete set of Ginzu knives perfect for cutting down those sour grapes off the vine.

John, I've spent 24 hrs. now trying to figure out the point of this post.

Is it supposed to be a pick-me-up for dark economic times( worked for me) or supposed to remind regular non-real estate-speculating Joes they are just like a speck of doggy-doo on the sidewalk-you know, kind of a Zen thing, "dust in the wind" etc?

Could you clarify?
