Why not do a poll and ask readers if they think your reluctance to produce a story about Mitch Johnson's most recent contradiction has anything to do with the sale of the Canada Dry building.

Liberals will win everything! clean sweep. Pelosi, Reid, Obama. You can not over come voter fraud and the liberal media!
Good bye military. Barney has already announced 25% in military. Free money for everyone! Expect the working Americans. THEY PAY.

John,
I hate the polls....and sometimes hate isn't even a strong enough word.....but it is one that every one can understand.
I see the polls as a big distraction and also as an invasion of ones personal decisions. Just another layer of "verbal clutter" you have to sift thruough.
But then.... I have never been one to want to "know" what I was getting for Christmas ahead of time,....and if I were young enough to be pregnant again, I wouldn't want to know the sex of my child before its' birth.
Polls are about as exciting as the same ragged issues that are dragged out and dusted off every 4 years...health care, abortion, gay rights, social security. Think about it!
HOW MUCH REAL PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE ON THESE ISSUES! But every 4 years here they are "front and center" We need to learn to think for ourselves and get beyond these battered issues and look deeper into where these candidates "really" stand.
Did I mention how much I hate the polls?
Instead of listening to polls.....spend time looking up the voting records of the incumbents and see if they really did what they promised.
Yes, I hate the polls!
Don't trust the "sound bites" on the never ending political "commercials" either! Use the time to check these folks out. That way when you do vote you will feel confident in who you choose. Then again, after checking everyone out, you may decide that not all candidates running are even deserving of a vote. You can leave certain categories blank.
By the way did I mention, I really hate the nightly polls?
Last but not least, when some reporter ask you how you are going to vote....or inquires how you voted.......just smile and tell them that it is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS!
I;ve never run a campaign, so I guess the polls are perhaps the only way they can somewhat "guess" where their candidates at any given moment. BUT...you know what?
I don't want to vote for some goober candidate that is making their decisions by what the polls say on any given day.
Did I say I hate the polls?
What do you think?.........oops!

John,
I wrote the "hate the polls" answer above, but in all seriousness, I would like to know what folks would think if they found out that Obama is not a "natural born citizen", If it is true then he can NOT be President, and shouldn't even be running.
We as a nation should be demanding an investigation on this CONSTITUTIONAL issue. If the major media wants to get some REAL feed back, this is what they should be asking people. Questions like:
Would you feel betrayed if it were to be determined by factual evidence that Obama is not a "natural born citizen" of the USA?
If it is true, he had to know what he was doing. Does it anger you that he has carried it this far?
If it is true, he can not run for President. Does he owe his supporters an apology, and should he be convicted of fraud?
If it is true, why do you think he has hidden this fact? Did he think he could get elected and then vote to "change" the Constitution?
If it is true, do you think his ability to "inspire" has been compromised, even if he is required to step down?
If it is true, can he be trusted?
If it is true, and he had to step down, would you support him in a lower office for which he would be eligible?
So if someone would ask these questions of the general public, then I would be happy to listen. This would be useful information.
It appears that they will not be asked before Nov. 4th. So, my advice is this. If you haven't voted, then I suggest that you check into the Berg v Obama case, visit obamacrimes.com.
This is a CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE.
John Mc Cain went thru similiar scrutiny about his birth certificate, because he was born in Panama. These questions were raised by many in his own party, (especially the men running against him in the primaries, it was a pretty hot issue for quite some time) He was born in Panama, but on a US territory by military parents of the USA, so he was deemed "a natural born citizen." However, there are still people questoning that decision.
Who would have thought that BOTH of the major candidates for President would have questionable "birth" rights to the Presidency?
I do not want the Constitution changed, it is a strong and VERY VALID document and should be followed. Too many of the past adminstrations both republican and democrat have violated it. Let's NOT have it violated yet again.
Here is another question a pollster could ask:
How many people support in the Constituton?
How many people have read the Constitution lately?
Those are also answers I would love to hear.
I do NOT care which party you are affliated with, I do not care your race, gender, or anything remotely related to these; I do care that the person that wants to claim our highest office is Constitutionally eligible to do so.
