I hate to ask this, but....
Why are these all posted on YouTube and not on your own server or respective company servers?
I can't believe that 12 years after launching your site (actually more than that) that every video you have is not posted uniformally in a player that automatically includes pre-roll video for an ad...
Or, at the least, allows for your own player experience and some advertising on some level...

The video above about the News & Record was shot by a copy editor who posted it on YouTube on her own. Videos we shoot are on our servers.
