I can't believe Oprah Winfrey is playing the race card, a woman who has so much in life and has such a well-respected celebrity status.
Let's make sure we understand. Oprah appears at a high-end retail establishment slightly after hours. She expects her celebrity status to get her and her friends into the store after it is closed. When this is denied, she pulls the race card. Instead of the race card, she should have pulled her "spoiled rotten celebrity who wants her way" card.
Welcome to the real world, Oprah.

The healthiest thing our government can do for blacks is to give them credit card vouchers for reparations. There would be no limit as to what they could buy, but there would be an unknown day when the program ran out. Instead of the race card, there would be the reparation card (and puddles of blood at the entrances of every store).

Wow....The ignorance in this forum is beyond belief. For those of you that believe ALL African-Americans seek handouts or one's useless credit cards, you're sadly mistaken. Believe it or not, many of us are driven to attain our wealth, and some of us actually have! But I digress, the Salesperson in that store admitted that there had been lots of shoplifting by lots of "North Africans", many of whom share Oprah's complextion. So at the end of the day, despite the fact that she is a billionaire, the color of her skin played a part in her business not being welcomed there during business hours, much less after hours. It was indeed racially motivated, get over it!
