I don't consider myself a photographer, but I like to take and look at photos. I think it was quite skillful the way the lady preparing to take part in the "clothing optional run/walk" event was depicted in the Aug. 4 Go Triad section.
I salute the photographer for his tasteful choice of angle, and I salute the model for taking pride in her hide. I don't think that there could be a more tactful way of portraying, in a photo, an event such as this.

The only problem I have with that picture was the way it was done. If the human body is supposed to be a beautiful thing, why did the photographer choose to take it in it's most ugly position? Even thin people with toned bodies look pretty yucky when bending down like this. All the rolls of skin on the stomach bunch up and just don't look appealing.
Why not take a picture of Brenda Gray arms outstretched reaching to the sky in full glory as she crossed the finish line. That would have been a beautiful thing to see.

The naked people story is played out. So is the watermelon photo. And all blogs related to Iraq, Bush, wars, etc. (hahaha, like that's gonna stop, right?). Also, Skip, Civil Right's Museum, and the Truth & Reconciliation Commission. How about some new stuff to talk about?

Bored,
How about writing a letter to the editor and give us something new to talk about?

Because truth, these folks have never had an original idea in their life. All they can do is rag someone else's ideas.
