Not that I don't already feel a sense of urgency, but ...
... Tribune Co., which owns, among other things, Newsday, the Chicago Tribunea and the Los Angeles times, reported a 9% drop in circulation revenue in the first quarter.
Co-worker: "You'd better hurry up with that saving-newspapers thing, Lex."
Dude. I'm hurryin'.

It might not work for everyone, but I've always used napalm.

Well I guess that means I'll be forced to continue to use the Rhino to line the hamster cage.

Years ago a neighborhood kid came to the door selling newspaper subscriptions. People knew him or her and how could you say no. The Girl Scouts still sell cookies that way. Maybe the subscription sales could be a fund raiser for the local high school junior class (for the junior prom). Contact the junior class advisor. Local high school Distributive Education classes have fund raisers for contests and trips. They design the whole program. See if they would take up the project. Kids can sell to kids and their parents. "It's for the kids and the school."

Henry, you're evil. And I mean that in the nicest possible way. :-)
