That's because not only is General Hayden competent and a true professional he is also Casper the Friendly Ghost.

Bill Maher had a great photo of Hayden and Chicken Little. The punchline was something like, the Director of the CIA should look scary, not like this guy. I did however think what you did when Maher did his comparison, definately looks like Red Foreman.
