I blogged about a prank involving horse recipes in early December, and since then, I've had at least a dozen people get to my blog by searching for horse recipes. That bothers me on so many levels.

That is very 'cultural'. I love horses, I owned horses, I worked in barns, yet I ate horse meat, on the grill and as sausages with no qualms. But that was Europe where such a thing is completely normal...like nudist beaches, small cars and big crowds at soccer stadiums.

Was actually looking for recipes FOR my horse ie homemade horse cookies, not recipes to INCLUDE them. I don't eat friends and companion animals,sorry.
Disturbing, screw "culture". Horses are stolen, sellers are lied to and everyday in this country thousands of beautiful horses are processed in gruesome manners for countries in Europe and Asia.
WE as a culture should know better.
