How to make pumpkin spice

If you're like me, you refuse to buy pumpkin spice because all it is is a combination of cinnamon, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. Here's a good set of proportions to follow.

To make 4 teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice:

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
