Freezer tips

I've been using my freezer a lot lately, so when I came across this today, I was very interested. It's freezer tips from Cooks Illustrated, one of my favorite cooking magazines out there. It's not very flashy, but it's full of substance, and it's one of the few magazines I read cover to cover. It's a PDF, so it might take a couple minutes to load.

I must say that this very helpful for a college student like me. I call my mom and ask her everything before I cook, usually a starting a day or two before I actually cook. One big problem is that I don't allow enough time for my meats to unthaw.
