New albums this week

Here's a quick list of some of this week's new albums:

Dave Matthews Band "Stand Up" - Obviously the big name of the week. I'm sure it'll be near the top of the bestseller list in no time. I heard part of the first single this morning, and it sounds pretty good to me. It's gotta be better than Matthews solo record which, to me, was somewhat disappointing.

John Cena & Trademarc "You Can't See Me" - Does anyone even have plans to buy this "rap" album by a WWE wrestler? I hope not.

Robert Earl Keen "What I Really Mean" - I think he releases an album every 4-6 weeks. Is this guy the hardest working man in music today, or what? Every time I turn around, he's got a new album out.

Stephen Pearcy "Fueler" - The former lead singer of Ratt has a new album out. I can hear the crickets chirping now.

Robert Plant and the Strange Sensation "Mighty Rearranger" - Unless it's a Led Zepplin reunion, no one really cares.

Weezer "Make Believe" - I still haven't decided if this band is underrated or overrated. There's a huge buzz about them every time a new album is released, but it's from a small group of people.

Coming Soon

I'm sad to say the Musical Garbage Can will be leaving GoTriad on or about March 23. It will go back to its original home at Blogspot here. Thank you for your continued support!
