News and notes

Dave Matthews Band was No. 1 on the Billboard Charts this week - beating out Nine Inch Nails - last week's No. 1.

I'm not surprised by the sales - people love Dave Matthews. However, I was kind of disappointed by the album, and don't expect the album to stay on top for a long time.

Kylie's cancer
Kylie Minogue has been diagnosed with breast cancer and has postponed her upcoming tour.

The 36-year-old Australian songstress is said to have an early form of cancer.

Opening for the Stones
Opening acts for the upcoming Rolling Stones concerts include Pearl Jam, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas and the John Mayer Trio.

No word on the Charlotte opener yet.

Coming Soon

I'm sad to say the Musical Garbage Can will be leaving GoTriad on or about March 23. It will go back to its original home at Blogspot here. Thank you for your continued support!
