System of a Down - "Mezmerize": I was really looking forward to this album, and then I found out it's only 36 minutes long. I hate when bands do that. Hype your album, but only give us a hint instead of the whole thing. The whole thing would be the second half of the album - "Hypnotize" - which comes out this fall.
Juliette and the Licks- "You're Speaking My Language": I was surprised by this one. Read my review for more of my thoughts.
Toby Keith - "Honkytonk University": I'm not even going to pretend I know much of anything about Toby Keith. I think he's some country guy that hates the Dixie Chicks - is that right? Oh well, he's got a new album out either way.
Van Morrison - "Magic Time": I'm sure it's not "Brown Eyed Girl," but it's probably better than a lot of other albums being released these days.
Insane Clown Posse - "The Calm": Do people really listen to this band? I heard them once in college, and laughed because I thought it was a joke. Apparently, they've got some pretty hardcore fans though. Oh well, to each their own.
