Spatula?
Did he really just say spatula?
Yes, in the continuing travesty that is R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet," he actually sings the word "spatula" - not once, but at least three times.
Why do I do this to myself? Why do I sit through this idiocy? So I can rant about it on here, I guess.
I can easily say that "Trapped in the Closet" (Volumes 1 to however many there are) is THE WORST song/story/soap opera ever written and recorded.
VH1 is dedicating half-hour blocks to this garbage.
The latest portion - Volumes 6-8 - not only included singing about spatulas, but also included a Southern accent.
When R. Kelly sang/talked about her, half the time he used an accent, and half the time he didn't.
It also teased the next parts where he'll be playing another part.
So, why am I watching?
It's like a horrible movie. You sit there and wonder, "At what point did a music executive say, 'Oh yeah, that's a great idea!'?"
Please, make it stop...and let there be no copycats.
