« Anvil not leaving...yet | Main | Nostalgia moved to Sunday night »

The news of the week...and weird

It's no surprise that Jay-Z has the top-selling album of the week.

"Kingdom Come" sold more than 680,000 copies.

American Idol finalist Chris Daughtry's new band, Daughtry, sold 304,000 landing him in the second spot.

I was glad to hear that last week, Kevin Federline's CD debuted with just 6,000 copies sold.

Meanwhile, the biggest news on the music front is that Britney Spears is continuously leaving the house without underwear (link is to story at cnn.com, not photos).

Seriously, when was the last time Spears put out an album, or could actually be heard singing? I don't remember either.

Move on...

Coming Soon

I'm sad to say the Musical Garbage Can will be leaving GoTriad on or about March 23. It will go back to its original home at Blogspot here. Thank you for your continued support!
