Pointing fingers
So this guy is talking about filing a lawsuit because he found part of a finger in his frozen custard?
Come on. It wasn't even his finger.

Saw that story last night.
I had custard at that particular Kohl's TWICE this past weekend. Yummy.

The Flavor of the Day was Twix Bar. It may have been my imagination, but it might've been a little crunchier than normal.

Actually, that pint of custard was named "Cracker Jack." You know, "inside every box, there's a surprise!"

Anyone have an idea of how often something like this might happen? My son used to work at a sandwich shop, and both he and another employee cut their fingers on the meat slicer - not seriously, and nothing ended up on anyone's plate. I actually worry more about the barbecue restaurants where there's a whole lot of chopping going on back in the kitchen. Not that I'm going to quit eating barbecue regardless.
