Iran's brilliant diplomat

Well, this is one idea.

Or, he could just invite all the Palestinians to live in Iran.

Problem solved.

Outstanding solution Doug. I think it should be proposed to the UN immediately. I think the US should give enough money and support to start the ball rolling first thing Monday morning. All the other Arab/Muslim countries could pitch in and soon the Palistianins would have a place to raise all the hell they want and no one would care.

My mother wanted me to ask said:

Sure Mr.P, but would they get to go to their neighborhood school?

Absolutely, they would certainly have their school on bombmaking 101 right in their own neighborhood. However inorder to take part in "lab" they would have to be bussed to nearby Iraq, Jordan and other areas.
How the heck everything , every topic can turn into a school issue is beyond me. If more time were actually spent in a conjointed effort to find a real way to rid yourselves of the cause of the problem, Mr. Grier, rather than making off the wall comments on any and all unrelated subjects, you might be surprised how much could actally be accomplished.
I usually don't read them, as I am sure you will advise, but the point is they take up space, detracting from the subject at hand.
Running Doug's blog postings down or he in general will do nothing to accomplish ridding yourselves of Mr Grier. For the sake of those of us who would like to enjoy commenting on the subject at hand, no matter how trivial it may seem to you, please take it to the Chalkboard or somewhere else.

Mr Produce,

RIGHT ON about your statement about too many school comments on other than subjects. I made the same remarks in one of Dougs blogs yesterday and was verbally abused by these obsessed people. These people may have an issue (for some of them it's cultural), but their obsession with the topic, quite frankly, causes me concern, and yes the Chalkboard blog is where they oughta go.

Doug,

It is still my belief that in a very short while were gonna see the Israelies forcefully address Iran's nuclear weapons capability as they did Iraq's in the '80s.

When they destroyed that plant in Iraq, on the surface all nations, including ours, protested in the UN about this "unwarranted" provocation. However, behind closed doors, the civilized world said, Praise G-d (or the G-d of your choice) for those Hebrews. Can you imagine if this had never occurred and the potential devestation our troops might have faced in 1991?

Interesting point, no other Arab nation has ever welcomed the Palestinians. In fact, Jordan exported their contingent at the end of a bayonet in the '60's. Another interesting point, over the last decade the US as well as Israel have provided more donated aid to the Palestinians than all of the Arab countries in the aggregate who are so concerned about the well-being of the Palestinians.

Doug,

See article at www.timesonline.co.uk regarding:

'Israel Readies Force for Strike on Nuclear Iran.'

We're gonna be thanking them again for having the courage to do what's right.

Three phrases should be among the most common in our daily usage. They are: Thank you, I am grateful and I appreciate.
