Just think of the kind of money they cought to be able to extort from the oil barons in the righteous quest to "relieve the the working man's burden" of high gas prices.

They can then put their oil windfall in with their "education lottery" windfall to spend on new and even more inventive things.

By the way, the latest from Mike is that he has promised to "freeze" the gas tax. That means it just won't go up this July with a new "adjustment". Nothing about rolling back or eliminating the last increase.
