The reference to the lottery is interesting. Suppose, after prohibiting restaurants some serving food with trans fats, the city of New York opened up its own restaurants serving food with trans fats.

Then it would be like most states, including North Carolina, and the lottery.

...and after the city of New York opened their own restaurants serving up big bowls of trans fat soup, suppose then the Big Apple decided to kidnap children and bus them across town! Holy cow, it would be just like High Point--but a tad colder and no Market, of course.
