Catching up with Edwards

I take off for a few days and I get way behind on my Edwards news.

Most recent first: Today's Associated Press story that quotes Elizabeth Edwards complaining about the family's "rabid, rabid Republican" neighbor and his "slummy" property.

I can't blame Mrs. Edwards for being upset. Monty Johnson's family has owned its Orange County property for decades -- long before the Edwardses got there -- and STILL hasn't built a multimillion-dollar home there. It's obvious that some people just don't belong.

I'm not sure about this "rabid, rabid Republican" thing, though. I mean, are the Edwardes "rabid, rabid Democrats"? If so, I guess that's socially more acceptable.

Meanwhile, John Edwards apparently adds Fox News to his "axis of evil," joining Walmart. For the second time, he has said he won't participate in a debate co-hosted by the cable network because of its "conservative bias."

This is bad news for Fox if Edwards becomes president. It sure won't get any interviews.

I wonder if Edwards will refuse interviews with newspapers that won't endorse him, citing an "anti-Edwards bias."

Edwards also boycotts Walmart.

Then there was Edwards' proposal to let the IRS figure the taxes for 50 million Americans too dumb to do their own. Frankly, I don't think any Americans are dumb enough to trust the IRS to figure their taxes for them.

Doug! If you had a 4 million dollar planation and woke up every morning and look accross the street at your neighbor's property that had large Pink Flamigo in front of the trailer and Bush for President sign in it's beak. You would be upset too.

Brilliant! A great way to raise tax revenue and cover our 9 trillion debt for the future. He must have got that idea from the Halliburton Security company in Iraq. Or was it George Orwell Animal Farm where the Fox was put in charge of security at the Chicken Coop?

Good News Doug. Monty has decided to fight back at Mrs Edwards and her welcome presidental tactics at his property. It appears that good old boy Monty painted a Rudy for president support sign on the side of the Trailer. He just said this was his biggest dream coming true claiming that Rudy is going to call him this week and congrats him for standing up to Liz with her cancer and her vicious attack on Constitutional property rights.

The only question that needs to be ask. What fool campaign consultant for the Edwards team dream this up as a campaign issue? I starting to think the mainstream media is melting down must faster than I thought with the Imus story, the Edwards bashing their next neighbor as a enemy in their campaign efforts, and John McCain strolling though the streets of Baghdad unharm doing a shop to you do drop campaign.

No doubt the Gods of political insanity have taken over the institution and running it.

Meanwhile today, 4 Americans were killed today in Iraq with their newest defense transporation weapon " The Cougar" that was given to them to stop terrorist attacks as a failed safe attack weapon.....
