Black has property worth millions* Doug and excited Charlotte Observer

Sure he does, but have you heard of a fire sale? Black is out time and hard cash. He will be lucky if he can sell anything close or raising the cash to cover the fine or the time. Frankly, he should declare Chapter 11 and tell Judge Stevens to stick it on the fine. The Judge's sentence will not hold up on appeal, since a sentence has to be final, reguardless of the fine. Besides Black is getting Federal Diesel Therapy and on his way to beautiful PA and couldn't care less about North Carolina nor or what is left of his life.
