"Thousands of U.S. troops are being rushed to Afghanistan without the equipment they will need to fight an emboldened Taliban," AP reports. Sound familiar?
Should "ED" ads be banned before 10 p.m.? A couple of congressmen think so.
Speaking of offensive, respondents to an Advertising Age poll aren't buying Michael Vick as a spokesman against animal cruelty. (It turns out, neither is PETA.)
Uh-oh. Next round, "pathetic" Rielle counters.
The only thing I can say about Manny's troubles is, I wish he were still with the Red Sox. (I'm not happy he's become Joe Torre's problem.)
When Pope Benedict XVI tours the Holy Land, maybe he can find out where all the Christians went.
High Pointer Chris Greene is a good choice to serve on the State Board of Education.

Thanks, Sue. Sorry for the difficulty accessing this blog (again).
To that, I don't have any answers.

There are another couple hundred thousand Christians living in the Palestinian territories, and Lebanon is still about 40% Christian.

Pope Benedict XVI will visit the Dome of the Rock. This is important due to Jesus believers, believe that Christ will reappear, not in the Dome but on the rock. This goes back thousands of years. Petra is not far away. Monotheism was born in Jerusalem to teach ONE GOD. Judism, Christianity, and Islam teach one God. Different ways but the same purpose is to respect one another in Godliness and kindness.

Regarding Afghanistan: We have been kicked out of Uzebistan and we can't figure out how to get tanks and artillery through the Kyber Pass without the shipment exploding in storage in Peshawar. There are plenty of shipments to the airport in Peshawar and in the Port of Karachi. It just gets stolen or blown up before it gets to Kabul, Kandahar or Herat. And then we keep bombing Kuchi tents and women and children. The Taliban are bad news and I wish them on no man or woman, but the USA needs to be smarter and not dumber when crying for money and air-conditioning and fails to remember all life is precious and respect those that we are trying to protect. The Russians did this to Afghanistan and the people are crying for help. The Taliban are useless thieves.

Please do. And while you're at it, get rid of those stupid K-Y Jelly ads as well. If you have to use a fossil fuel to get your wife to combust, I'm not really sure if you're "The Man", if you catch my drift.
