Smokin' 'em cause they got 'em
My northwest Greensboro subdivision is a generally pristine place with well-kept lawns and considerate neighbors.
But there is a growing problem with cigarette butts that speckle the pavement every 10 feet or so.
Interestingly, I don't recall seeing one adult taking a puff in my six years there.
Only kids, sometimes in their parents' presence.

I don't know if you have children or not. If you do, I would not let them attend any of the schools in that area. You will have more problems with their childern with just them littering your sidewalks with cigarette butts.

While I am out flying around on my broom, maybe I can catch them red handed and take them home by their ears to their mommys?
Better yet, I will make them use my broom to sweep their up their own trash and lecture them about the dangers of smoking and the fines for littering.
Somebody should do it. May as well be me.
