At 11:35 this morning, I drove to the polling place (Westminster Pres Church), voted, and was in my seat downtown for lunch at 11:55. That includes driving 4-5 miles under the speed limit and parking behind McCouls, walking through the street repair chasms, and oh yes, in the rain.
