in a shocking development, interim manager David McNeill has been named permanent county manager (such as permanence is in the Guilford manager business).
Give McNeill credit for swimming with the sharks for more than half a year and not getting eaten.
And give the commissioners credit for handling the hiring maturely.

I think Skip called the last two Candidates for the Managers job,,, " C minus" Quality.
Skip Alston is pissed that McNeil got the job and will do all in his power to make his life miserable...
Wake up Alan,,,a Black man got fired and a White man got hired,,,,Skip is truly Pissed and did not act Professional during the whole process.
