Wowed by Nido
We have met before with High Point University President Nido Qubein as did again this week, but I continue to be amazed at the force of his personality and the power of his vision.
Small wonder the school is growing so fast.

Here is a single minded comment for you....
He disallowed the continued use of their pool facility by area high schools and swim clubs taking him down a notch off in my book.

Also, looks like he is getting hit with a racial discrimantion suit also. Time to open to old wallet, or a least a no-bid contract could perhaps be coming the plantiff's way.

It certainly is bucking the educational trend in High Point.
I have a couple of questions.
1)Is there enough diversity at that school?
2)If you compare it to the local community isnt it a sort of slave to slavemaster type comparison? I hope that is the "right" question using the "right" words.
