Letters problems
We have heard from some of you that you've had problems posting comments to letters to the editor.
If that's the case, please let me know. We've noticed a decrease in the number of comments since we've made some technical changes to our blogs.
The more we can learn about how widespread the problem is (and to whom it's happening), the better and more quickly we hope to be able to fix it.

To report abuse of the comment feature on this site, please use the feedback form at the bottom of any page.
Why does the system now ask you to allow your email address to be shared to allow you to make a posting? If you don't agree, you can't post. That's one big reason for the drop in posting.

Mine worked fine for a day and then stopped. Haven't been able to get on since.
It's actually been kind of refreshing, though.
I've been meaning to kick the habit for awhile anyway. :)

I could not sign in to Type key.
I called a lady to try hers. She like wise could not get in.
