A tax increase for Guilford
Well, it's happened again.
Guilford County is proposing another tax increase. This one would cost the owner of a 200,000 home an extra $138.20 in property taxes annually. And that doesn't count any new taxes levied by Greensboro or High Point, which could jack those tax bills up further.
