This may make Rob Daniels' heart stop

Why? Because Rob loves athletes with great names. Guys like I-Perfection Harris and Majestic Mapp. Or girls like Peaches Squirrel.

This one has to be added to the all-time list.

Playing at center for the Stetson Hatters ...

Chief Kickingstallionsims!!!!

Yep. I've confirmed it. Thought it might be some inside joke on the Stetson roster, but I went to the media guide and there he is.

Chief's 7-1 by the way, and his nickname is Dizzle Fizzle.

If only the upcoming State-Stetson game was this exciting.

I'm telling you, I was checking out that game on the radio last night and couldn't peel myself away after hearing: "Block by Chief Kickingstallionsims", called the Chief second reference and thereafter. Is that really the spelling, though? All one long word?

Wait a minute...his nickname is Dizzle Fizzle? You're right, Rob has to hear about this.

He's still no Wonderful Terrific Monds III. Or even former Greensboro Hornet/Bat Abdiel "Pom-Pom Cumberbatch.

If your real name is Chief Kickingstallionsims, why do you need a nickname?

That's the beauty of it Bruce! I guy whose real name is Chief Kickinstallionsims has a nickname! And his nickname - Dizzle Fizzle - seeminly has no connection whatsoever to his real name. You really can't make this stuff up.

Oh, and his name was so long that the only thing they could fit on the back of his jersey was the word, "Chief." Beautiful.

By the way, he did not in any other way remind me of Robert Parrish or Cherokee Parks, two other guys who sometimes went by the name "Chief."
