Florida State preview links
With State-FSU just hours a way, here are a few links from down in Florida to give you an idea of what's happening in Seminole Land.
Bob Thomas of the Jacksonville Times-Union, one of the top sportswriters in the ACC, has an interesting piece about Amato's success against Bobby Bowden and how certain coaches just have the number of certain opponents.
Emily Badger of the Orlando Sentinel gives State fans hope by pointing out the dangerous lack of experience and depth in the FSU secondary. (Just as an aside, Michael Ray Garvin's name just seems to imply he's guilty of something, doesn't it?)
Steve Ellis of the Tallahassee Democrat writes about the familiarity Chuck Amato still has with the FSU system - and vice versa.
Finally, Brian Landman of the St. Pete Times has a short piece on FSU DE Everette Brown, who made his first career start in the Nole's win over Rice. Why should you care? Because Brown is from Wilson, N.C. Yet another big-time talent who's playing his college ball outside the North State.
