So who's going to win Sunday's race?
Will it be Dale Earnhardt Jr.? He's won five of the last seven races there.
Will it be a Chevy driver? You have to go back to Oct. 1998 to find the last non-Chevy winner. (It was Dale Jarrett in a Ford, btw.)
Can someone else break the Earnhardt-Chevy dominance? If so, who?
I've got nothin'.

This used to be the place for upsets and 1-time only winners; so I'll go out a limb for you.
Mike Skinner has practiced well, won a 125 a few years back, and ran well in February if I'm not mistaken.
Speaking of practicing well, Big Bad Boris is in the top 5 or so.
Now I know that part-time programs never win, but this is the place where stranger things have happened, being on the Indian burial ground and all.

This Busch race at Talladega, AL is the worst race for the dumbest thing they call restrictor plate racing. I’ve grown up on NASCAR when racing was racing. Let’s get rid of the restrictors and let these boys go racing and out of this stupid 4 wide racing.

Roush hasn't been up to the DEI/Hendrick level at Daytona and Talladega, sans Busch. If the whole organization can get up there, they would be mighty tough.
