Hall of Fame, etc.
Just got this e-mail from NASCAR:
ANNOUNCEMENTNASCAR will have a special announcement today at 4:00 p.m. at the Charlotte Convention Center regarding the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
NASCAR fans are also invited to attend.
Y'think maybe the HOF will be in Charlotte? It's still not too late, Atlanta ...
(more news after the jump ...)
In other news:
Denny Hamlin won Sunday. Good for him.
Here is a story from El Universal. Apparently it has something to do with McMurray and Kyle Busch bumping Fernandez and Jourdain. Hmmm, McMurray and Busch: Now Dangerous in Two Countries!
(Here is the English language version. Yes, Jourdain squeezed Busch going through the turn. But Kyle needed to let up. He was going to take him in less than a lap. Patience, grasshopper.)

Exactly which part of the TR blogs were you calling stupid? It's kinda hard to differentiate between them using stupid as the criteria. ;-)

Higgins is great - I love the old stories. Trent Cherry is interesting simply because he's in the sport. The rest of it, meh. I tell myself not to read it, and I was over there today looking for something else ... and I couldn't help myself.
It's sort of like watching racin' for the wrecks.
