Talk to Dustin
Dustin's already 7 questions into his online chat, and it's only 12:15 p.m.
Registration is free and relatively painless.
If you have a question, send it to NASCAR@pilotonline.com. Yes, that's our sister paper, and they've been really cool about hosting this annual (now third annual, I think) chat.
After you've e-mailed Dustin your question, check out our online-only piece on pit stops. Our online folks took their gear down to Bill Davis Racing in High Point.

I hope NASCAR takes a hint and stays out of Washington state. If they don't want us they don't have to have us. Heck, California can't fill the grandstands, and they closed good Carolina tracks to go there, now Washington officials are bad mouthing NASCAR and it's fans, not to mention Richard Petty. They don't deserve a track, let them stay home and play their video games.

Ed Hardin wanted me to send him and a photographer to Washington State for a couple of days to document the junky cars residents have in their yards. He's pretty sure they have them up there, too.

If anyone wants to reply to the folks up in Washington state, please send an e-mail to billflynn@clearchannel.com Bill Flynn at WMAG radio will forward your messages to the guys up there, who have such high opinions of themselves that they think NASCAR and it's fans are not good enough to be in their fair state. I hope all who read this will get behind it, stand up for the Carolinas, the birthplace of NASCAR.
