Simple answers to stupid NASCAR questions: Indy edition

Was Sunday's race at Indy the stupidest thing you've ever seen?

No. But it was in the top 5 all-time. Read Dustin's take if you haven't.

This has been another edition of Stupid Answers to Stupid NASCAR Questions. Next week, we tackle the question, Does Goodyear have its collective head up its [deleted]?

Update: Leave it to the gang at Black Flagged Online to find the silver lining. Epic.

NASCAR blew it big time , Itwould make just as much sense tofly an airplane that had never been tested except ona computer. Have them explain why Indy was not on the test schedule for all teams . They knewthe problems several months prior to the race. Their dictatorship of racing is absolutely rediculous .What used to bea testing ground for all makes of cars ,has turned into a fiasco, NASCAR did not learn a thing from IRL and CART, and I personally hope that the same thing happens to them . economy does not have anything to do with empty seats .Most true race fans like myself have given up on the politically correct B--- S--- that nascar calls racing.

Amen,
Bob as x NASCAR fan, I agree. Its boring as watching paint dry. I so tired of hearing, clean air, dirt air, I could Puke. If I had tickets for that crap yesterday, I would be looking for a lawyer.

I think I heard the best comment on Speed last night when they brought up that when the tires were a problem at the F-1 race at Indy where only a handful of cars were in the race that F-1 gave everyone a refund. I vaguely remember this. I wonder if that word is in Mike Helton's vocabulary.

DW had it right when he called it a series of heat races. I can not imagine what it was like to sit through that in person.
