Great work and it provides insight as people will be looking for loopholes. And they will no doubt find lots of loopholes as the City has done little in the way of protecting our water supply. One idea I plan to use when elected Mayor is to use the City's rights under Federal Mining Acts that gives Greensboro complete control of all the groundwater under the city limits. Private wells will be capped or diverted to the city water supply. When water is ample residents will be able to buy that water and when water is in short supply that same water will go into our municipal water supply. Elect Billy Jones and you water woes will go down the drain:
