In asking this question, are we talking federal, state, or municipality? Or, overall?
Because, the question seems very ambiguious.

I would like government at local, state and federal levels to address the growing crisis in mental health care. The failure of mental health Reform in communities across North Carolina, and the resulting epidemic of untreated, or inappropriately treated, mental illness, is a calamity waiting to happen.

Hello, thinker.
We intentionally didn't specify which government because we wanted the question to be as open-ended as possible.
What we're interested in knowing is what issues most concern you.

I'd like to shrink each and every facet of every government (local, state, federal), all agencies, all departments, by five percent over the coming year with a corresponding five percent tax reduction. Teachers, police, fire, FEMA, CIA, senate staff, State Department, military, Department of Agriculture, DOT, national parks, and on and on and on . . . - reduce every single agency that is funded by fees and taxes - Reduce government office space, cars, truck, boats, airplanes, vacation days, educational seminars, pension plans, pencils, paper, & paper clips, - reduce all things government by five percent this time next year -
