If the millions of dollars that have already been spent (wasted) had been properly used, the museum would have already been completed. For the amount of money they now want, the entire building could be torn down and re-built brick by brick. If it ever does get completed, what will they have, part of the lunch counter, the rest of it is in the Smithsonian, and a few displays. To think this will bring thousands of tourist to Greensboro is a fantasy. It would have been better to have moved the lunch counter to the Greensboro Historical Museum and placed a bronze plaque at the Woolworth site.

Where are the 5 big screen tv's that were purchased some time ago? Buying tv's for a house yet built shows the waste and stupidity of this project.

I agree with Jeff that a lot of work should have been done with money already collected. What's the hold up on finishing the job? Money should be pouring in if the project is viable, and if it's going to become a major tourist attraction.
